Fashion Inspired: Kim Kardashian Blazers

When they started selling blazers in various retails stores last fall, I knew I had to jump on it. I have always loved Kim Kardashian's style, and at that time her go to piece were blazers. I absolutely fell in love with the look! I love how you can dress-down a dress, or dress-up a pair of jeans or leggings. Either way you still get a crisp and mature look. I bought my first blazer last fall and it hasn't got much wear since spring has been creeping up on me. But I have found myself still google-ing and searching the internet for new blazers. Kim Kardshian rocked quite a variety of blazers; from the simple black to patterned and cropped. So I found myself wanting to add on to my collection, even if the look might be "out-of style" now. I'm a firm believer in some classic pieces will never go out of style. Little black dress, black peep-toe pumps, pea-coats, just to name a few. This weekend I was out of town with my roommate and she decided to take me to this store by her house. In we went, and I nearly fell in love with everything because everything was cute and decently priced. It wasn't till we go to the back of the store that I noticed a khaki-colored blazer in a size medium--the last one left. I tried in on and of course I fell in love. I've been lusting for a white, khaki, or off-white blazer, and this one was perfect. I wanted it dearly but knew I shouldn't buy it since I'm leaving to Mexico in a week. But my roomie decided to buy it for me, and I'm so thankful. I'm excited to wear it.
